CHANTEL COWARD & ASSOCIATES’ IS NOW AVAILABLE TO SUPPORT STUDENTS AND PARENTS WITH THE BOARD OF EDUCATION’S ONLINE SCHOOLING.

IF YOU KNOW ANY PARENTS WHO REQUIRE A SAFE, SUPPORTIVE, MOTIVATING AND SUPERVISED LEARNING AND SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT FOR THEIR CHILDREN PLEASE HAVE THEM

Group space (no more than 12 students), Semi-private space (2-4 students), and Private space (1 or 2 students) available for students to complete their online schooling and to safely socialize.
Student’s Grade 4 and higher
Monday-Friday (except for holidays inline with the Board of Education’s calendar)
8:30-4:00 pm
Support post 4:00 pm available (additional cost)
Tutoring available (additional cost)
Psycho educational assessments (additional cost)
High school students and university/college students are welcome given there is private and semi-private space available
All students will be supervised
Personal computers and headsets with microphones are required
Indoor shoes required
Home screening for Covid is required by parents and students every morning before arrival
Only those registered can enter the building
Drop off and pick up are at the back door (341 King Street/586 Bay Street)
Lunches must be nut free
Bring re-useable water bottles
The building(s) will be disinfected every night and on an ongoing basis throughout the day (strictly following all federal, provincial, and municipal health rules as well as Chantel Coward and Associates policies)
All supervisors are educated, have obtained criminal clearance, and have both first aid and CPR training
The cost is $214.70 weekly ($190 Plus HST)

We ask our clients to park on the main street, side streets or surrounding municipal lots. Our back parking is kept for Staff only. We understand if you have a medical condition and require close parking, you may use our back parking lot.
