Teens and Parents/Guardians (Evening Workshop)
Are you struggling to have a peaceful relationship with your teen? Are you struggling to have your parent or guardian understand and respect your needs? Dealing with teens can be challenging as well as creating and maintaining a peaceful relationship with your parent or guardian when you are a teen. This unique workshop offers a chance for both teens and their parents or guardians to come either as a group or individually to gain support through others facing the same issues, learn positive resolution strategies and gain deeper insight into your relationship (10 participants maximum). Cost $270, includes 9 sessions

Depression and Anxiety (Day and Evening Workshops)
Depression and anxiety often go hand-in-hand and the effects of one or both can be debilitating. If you are struggling with either, please come and join a welcoming class where you may begin to not only find support through others experiencing similar issues but learn how to manage your depression/anxiety through various coping techniques from meditation to art and gain an understanding of the community resources available to you (10 participants maximum). Cost $270, includes 9 sessions


Day Sessions: Tuesdays from 1:30-2:30 pm, beginning Oct 15th-Dec 10th
Evening Sessions: Mondays from 6:00-7:00pm, beginning Oct 21st-Dec 16th

Chronic Pain (Day and Evening Workshops)
Whether through injury, illness or condition many of us experience pain. However, not all of us are weighed down by chronic pain. This workshop takes an honest and open look at how we cope with chronic pain, what resources are available to you within your community and provides you with a support group of others experiencing similar issues. Chronic pain can be managed more easily through positive coping mechanisms and sometimes the first step is realizing a support network is available. Come and join, all age groups are welcome, let us know if you require any physical assistance entering the building or are unable to climb stairs (10 participants maximum). Cost $270, includes 9 sessions

Mindful Meditation Workshop (Day and Evening Workshops)
Do you need some calm and quiet in your busy life? Are you looking to learn how to still your thoughts and create inner focus? Or are you simply looking for a warm and welcoming environment in which to practice a healthy activity and meet like-minded individuals? If so, this workshop may offer a quiet respite. Incorporating techniques from both yogic, Native American and Buddhist forms of meditation, sessions will focus on breathing, stilling and focusing the mind and body as participants are lead through a series of guided meditations. No experience necessary, beginners and seasoned mediators welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing (12 participants maximum). Cost $270, includes 9 sessions
